1. Services Provided

Kevin Royson Creative provides creative post-production and advisory services, which may include:

• Long-form YouTube video editing
• Short-form editing (when agreed)
• Thumbnail design (when included in scope)
• Creative clarity, pacing, and storytelling optimization
• Strategic content and channel guidance
• Growth Audits and creative-side analysis

Services are custom-scoped and confirmed in writing before work begins. Any service not explicitly agreed upon is not included.

2. Scope & Agreements

Specific deliverables, timelines, revision limits, pricing, and responsibilities are defined in individual Working Agreements (Retainer, One-Off Project, or Growth Audit).

In the event of any conflict, the signed Working Agreement takes precedence over this Terms of Service page.

3. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed and charged in USD
• Work begins only after payment is received
• Payment structures vary by service and are outlined in the applicable Working Agreement
• Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and will always be discussed before proceeding

Failure to complete payment may result in paused or terminated services.

4. Turnaround & Scheduling

Turnaround times depend on the agreed scope, project complexity, and asset delivery.

Timelines may be adjusted due to:

• Late asset delivery
• Changes in scope
• Increased video length or editing complexity

Kevin Royson Creative prioritizes clarity and quality over rushed delivery unless a rush service is explicitly agreed upon.

5. Revisions

Revision limits and definitions are outlined in the applicable Working Agreement.

Requests that significantly alter structure, direction, or require substantial rework may be considered new scope and billed separately.

6. Frame.io & Collaboration Tools

For applicable projects, Frame.io or similar tools may be used to streamline feedback and delivery.

Access policies, retention periods, and usage rules are defined in the relevant Working Agreement.

Inactive workspaces may be cleared to maintain organization and performance.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate assets, instructions, and materials
• Deliver feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure legal rights and ownership of submitted content

Delays caused by missing assets or late feedback may impact timelines.

8. Ownership & Portfolio Use

• Final delivered videos become the Client’s property upon full payment
• Project files remain the property of Kevin Royson Creative unless otherwise agreed
• Kevin Royson Creative may reference completed work for portfolio or educational purposes unless the Client requests otherwise

9. Performance Disclaimer

Kevin Royson Creative does not guarantee views, engagement, subscriber growth, revenue, or algorithmic outcomes.

Services focus on improving creative clarity, structure, and message delivery, while results depend on external factors beyond editorial control.

10. Refunds & Credits

Due to the nature of creative services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started
• In cases where delays are solely the responsibility of Kevin Royson Creative, service credits may be issued at discretion
• Credits are applied toward future services and do not exceed the value of the affected work

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period. Kevin Royson Creative is not liable for indirect, consequential, or platform-related damages.

12. Termination

Kevin Royson Creative reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:

• Payment failure
• Repeated scope violations
• Misuse of services or tools

All completed and paid work will be delivered accordingly.

13. Acceptance

By submitting assets, approving work, or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
