1. Services Provided

I offer creative post-production services, including:

• Long-form & short-form video editing
• Thumbnail design
• Retention & storytelling optimization
• Creative direction and content strategy guidance
• Access to Frame.io for retainer projects (after 3 videos you will get monthly access)

Any service not listed here will be discussed and approved before work starts.

2. Payment & Billing

• Payments are made 50% upfront per video.
• Payments for an agreed contract are dependent on our agreement.
  
• Work begins only after upfront payment is received.
  
• Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees (always discussed first).
  
• All prices agreed upon are in USD.

3. Turnaround Time

• 2–3 days or less per standard video of ~10 minutes, with a possible 1–2 day margin for unexpected issues.
• Larger projects or batch edits may have a different timeline agreed ahead of time.
• Express delivery should be discussed and agreed on beforehand.

4. Revisions

• Each video includes a reasonable amount of revisions based on agreement related to pacing, style, or visual adjustments.
• Revisions that require restructuring the entire video, adding new footage, or major reshoots may be considered new work.

5. Frame.io Workspace Access

To improve workflow and communication:

• Clients receive free access to my Frame.io workspace after completing 3 paid videos.
• Access allows easier collaboration, comments, and version tracking.

Inactive Client Policy

If a client becomes inactive for 30 days or more (no video submissions or project activity):

• Their Frame.io access may be removed to keep the workspace organized.
• Access can be restored anytime once new work begins again.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear instructions beforehand, required footage, and brand assets.
  Deliver files in a timely manner.
• Review and provide feedback within a reasonable time so projects stay on schedule.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Final videos become the client’s property after full payment.
• I may use completed, published work for my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

8. Refunds

Because editing requires time and resources:

• Refunds are not offered once work on a video has begun.
  If work has not yet started, refunds can be discussed.
• For late delivery of the agreed time, clients are not obligated to pay the rest 50% of the payment.

9. Termination

• Either party may end the collaboration at any time.
• All completed and paid work will be delivered.
• Unpaid work will not be delivered until settled.

10. Agreement

• By sending footage, approving work, or making payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.
